Referral Documentation and Support Services

Wall Residences requires the following documentation for new referrals from the individual’s assigned case manager or support coordinator:

Additional Services – Wall Residences Admissions Coordinators are available to provide New Provider Orientation training, meet with individuals interested in becoming Sponsored Residential Providers, conduct home reviews, attend service fairs, and speak at events.

We offer a variety of ready-to-serve options across the state and can develop customized services for nearly any individual, given sufficient time. Our Family Providers are among the most professional, experienced, and highly trained in Virginia.

Ongoing Supervision and Support

Families of those receiving services through Life Stages can trust that each service is consistently monitored by qualified Program Management staff. Unannounced visits are conducted at least twice a year, with additional announced visits occurring monthly.

Encouragement of Family Relationships

Group psychotherapy offers a safe, supportive space where clients can share experiences under the guidance of a licensed clinician. One-on-one sessions allow for deeper exploration with a personal counselor.

24-Hour Emergency Support

Our Quality Assurance Team and Regional Coordinators are available around the clock to assist providers in addressing urgent situations. In medical emergencies, staff are trained to immediately contact local emergency services.

Clear and Timely Documentation

Life Stages maintains complete, accurate, and prompt documentation. Support Coordinators and substitute decision-makers receive quarterly reports detailing all medical appointments and their outcomes, ensuring transparency and consistent communication.
